Are We There Yet???

Are We There Yet??? is a book Dan & I decided to write that attempts to help people achieve their own way of life and live out a long, secure and meaningful retirement.  There are two essential topics that we cover:

The first was born in our initial thought that we needed to re-define what it means to plan for and enter into retirement.  In recent history the landscape of retirement has drastically changed and if you're going to plan for it, then you need to understand how it differs from previous generations. Then, with a clear understanding of what you have working for (and against) you, you can begin to plan appropriately.

As we were working on this initial concept, the book decided to take on a life of its own.  The second message is what the book wanted to become: a departure from the world of finance and savings and into the realm of purpose.  We attempt to convince you that while it's important to plan for your future, it is of equal importance to have a sense of purpose and know what you're planning for.

These two seemingly unrelated concepts managed to form an undeniable bond in our work and, as a result, in our lives.  We hope the same holds true for you.
